Two and a half years is TOO LONG!

Hello! I'm a mother of one... and my little girl is two and a half, but I still have the baby weight. -_- Too long, IMO! So now I'm bound and determined to figure out this whole weight loss thing and lose a jean size.

I'm pretty active, I think - karate once or twice a week, the gym three times a week for running and weights, and I *try* to use my stationary bike two or three times a week during my "tv time." My problem is the sweets! I'm an ice cream junkie, and my husband thinks Coke counts as the only hydrating liquid he needs, lol. (Not to mention he's big on snacks, and if they're in the house it can be very hard for me to resist snagging one.)

I'm really hoping that by being on here and reading through other peoples' stories I can maintain my own willpower and drop those blasted ten pounds that are sitting ENTIRELY on my belly and thighs. -_-
