SCALE: YAY OR NAY?

So... I hate my scale, I literally eat a piece of bread and it goes like 3 pounds higher, when other people weigh themselves it's the right number, or a pound or two above their actual weight...

I've noticed that some days I weigh more and some days I weigh less, my weigh fluctuates between my week and I know it's normal but it stresses me out SO MUCH.

My question is, should I stick to what my scale says I weigh or should I just continue my healthy livestyle, eating right, excercising, avoid drinking, etc and just see the results along the way and not stressing out over what my scale says?!
