    I am trying to this time around. It's so much slower! I know I could just drop my calories to 800 like I used to and lose the ten pounds I gained so much quicker, but then I will just wind up back where I started not being able to eat any thing without gaining weight. It's really worth doing it the right way, just took me 5 years to figure it out.

    I am trying to do it healthy, I had disordered eating habits for years, I wouldn't eat for days, or eat very little, then binge, purge, binge. I would lose weight but always gain it back, I felt horrible all the time, very weak and couldn't focus. Now I'm trying to do it healthy and I've been losing it steadily and I'm a lot happier and have more energy, sometimes I think about how I used to eat and think about doing it again, but it's a battle to overcome it, but it's worth recovering.
