    I am doing it. check out amazon.com 8 minuets easy workout in the mornings by Jorge Cruise. eating: no forbidden foods just smaller portions.

    for exersize he gives strength training with no equipment accept what you have in your house. I am just starting it . he deals with teaching you how to accept yourself first and pick healthy role models, teaches you how to deal with emotional eating really invests in your life.
