Haha, oh my. I've always had huge arm muscles - NOT so nice, being female and all - but I also learned early to do push-ups. I do push-ups, and bicep curls, and plenty of punching a heavy bag. Only recently did I develop nice lower arms, and that was due entirely to kendo - the Japanese sword training. That took about two or three months to really show. I have no idea how one might work the lower arm without sword training, though I'm sure there's something with weights out there.0
