Weight Belt...

Do any of yall wear them? Are they only for thje heavy lifts or for anything, I picked one up yesterday and to be honest I like working out with it on the whole time...

    Yeah I have an Inzer 10mm Lever belt and I love it but only lift when the weight is really heavy for some lower back support. Probably 85%+ of my 1RM is when I throw it on.
