This is mostly what I do to manage my weight. I came to it through trial and error. The stuff about caloric intake as you lose weight is just how my body seems to have reacted.

That's almost exactly how I did it too. I really like the point about loving yourself/your body. I knew that to be true. But, I didn't know there was any science behind it. Cool!0
