MFP says to change calories....what to do!?!?

Ok so I have lost 11 lbs since starting MFP. I have about 13 more to go to my goal. The last weigh in I had said that since I had lost 10 lbs I should basically readjust my calories and all that stuff. Idk if I should or not. I have been holding pretty steady in my weight for a little over a week (but my official weigh in days are Thursdays) so the scale still has a chance to move.
Opinions!?!? Should I agree to let MFP readjust since I have lost 10 lbs or do I keep doing what I am doing!?!?

i always readjusted when they told me to. But i also always had it set at a net of 1200.0

I always just hit readjust it and it does it automatically, but so far (even after losing 30 pounds), it still stayed at 1200 calories.
I just change it and if you don't like it, change it back. No big deal0
