Am I the only person on a diet? Mich Ultra!! .....90 calories 2 carbs. And it's good!

When it comes to good booze, there is no compromise for a diet.. I sacrifice food for quality beer calories. Gotta have my priorities in life.

Totally love this Italian beer I tried recently called Del Borgo. Smooooth.

I tend to prefer darker beers.. if I'm at any old sports bar I'll usually go for a Newcastle.

In the summer I can occasionally get fruity with Kennebunkport Blueberry Wheat Ale or Pyramid Apricot Ale (because I can't get Ithaca Apricot down here)... so refreshing!

    Too many faves to list.

Generally I am an IPA kind of guy, but I appreciate may different types including seasonals. I do like stouts/porters and I'm not so much on wheats or belgians.
    Winter seasonals are the best.
Great lakeas Christmas being top notch.
Pyramid apricot I also saw someone mention, last summer was the 1st I tried that & fell in love.
A good pumpkin beer is tough to beat, as is a chocolate stout.
    I love troegs Mad elf
    Sierra Nevada "Tumbler"

    Well, I have a lot.

Lagunitas is one of my favorite breweries. I recommend trying anything by them you run across. Here's a link to their brews:

sweetwater 420. nom nom nom. gimme.

    <3<3 My favorite as well!

    I also like, among many:
    Yeungling
    Newcastle
    Fat Tire
Dos Equis or Corona with lime
Miller Lite (if I'm having more than 2 or so)

Edited to add: I also like Arrogant *kitten* that I see is quite popular but I don't buy it much because it's alcohol % keeps the grocery stores from selling it here in Tennessee. You have to go to the liquor store :grumble: and it's not as convenient.

Pabst Blue Ribbon, because that is what we used to steal from my friend's father!

    Allagash Victor Ale:
The Victor Ale was inspired by its feminine-named predecessor, the Victoria Ale. With chardonnay grapes to make the Victoria Ale unique, our brewers decided to use red grapes for the Victor. Over one hundred pounds of cabernet franc grapes were crushed on site and added directly to the mash. In addition to a generous portion of Pilsner malt, Victor is hopped with Fuggles and Hallertau and fermented with a wine yeast strain. With a focus on the subtle wine-like character of the grapes, the 9.0% ABV brew maintains a copper color, wine yeast influence and a medium body with a tart and spicy finish.

  • It cracks me up to see all the skinny girls on the beer displays. Seriously? Talk about false advertisement! I use to have a six pack of abs and now I sport a pony keg in my belly! A true beer drinking woman doesn't look like them Bud girls! SMH It's either beer and happiness, or six packs abs and a cranky wife! I haven't found my balance yet! LOL
