what exercises you do for the fat hanging on your arm?

I really want to tone up the fat that hangs under the arm. (it's closer to my arm pit) If that makes sense....

I don't know if you'll get this link but I used to do a modified version of this with my feet planted on the ground shoulder width apart. http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/bench-dips
There are also a lot of great ones if you have any weights you can use or even a gallon of water would work.
I like to do this one standing up.

This one is also really good for your triceps

You can also do push-ups lady way or male way. If you can't do it on the floor then use a wall with your hands on the wall shoulder width apart take two steps back and do pushups like you would on the floor only standing up.0
