When I logged on to MFP I was set up with 1200 calories a day and that is exactly what I ate, never eating my exercise calories back. I lost about 7 pounds and now am at a stop. My focus is now to tone up and lose fat. Do I need to increase my calories and eat my exercise back. What is the best route to go food wise to help my work out and goals. Thanks!
