I hate this time of day.

It's 8:30pm where I am. My kids are in bed, and all I want to do is eat something. I am 89 calories over and have no motivation to do the turbo jam and zumba I was going to do...blah...anybody else?

  • This will pass. If its hunger then have something but if it's not then either workout and EARN the treat or shower and head to bed. I've been there though.

    I hear you -I get in that place - it is more mental than physical hunger, right?
    distract yourself -maybe have a cup of hot tea?

    I just keep my computer on my lap and either hang out here or on one of the other boards I belong to. Before I know it, its time for bed.

    I need to just go Zumba on the Wii since that is more fun than work. And yeah I am not really hungry just old habbits I guess.

    Yay, I did Zumba for an hour and had a bunch of water and I feel way better than I would have had I eaten cookies and went to bed :)
