I hate this time of day.

It's 8:30pm where I am. My kids are in bed, and all I want to do is eat something. I am 89 calories over and have no motivation to do the turbo jam and zumba I was going to do...blah...anybody else?

This will pass. If its hunger then have something but if it's not then either workout and EARN the treat or shower and head to bed. I've been there though.0

I just keep my computer on my lap and either hang out here or on one of the other boards I belong to. Before I know it, its time for bed.0

I need to just go Zumba on the Wii since that is more fun than work. And yeah I am not really hungry just old habbits I guess.0

Yay, I did Zumba for an hour and had a bunch of water and I feel way better than I would have had I eaten cookies and went to bed0
