    Taco Seasoning
    4 teaspoons chili powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder

    It's a pretty potent taco seasoning but can be tailored easily to your liking. Comes from a great recipe called Taco of the Town Taco Salad....lower calories, less salt, full flavour!

    When I make tacos i use ground turkey and put the following in it.

    ground Kosher turkey
    onions
    green peppers
    garlic
    cumin
    fresh cilantro
    adobo seasoning
    black pepper

    Sometimes i add other veggies like zucchini and corn to it too. to get some added veggies in those tacos!
