Choked up after Zumba class today. The instructor spoke to me after class about how she is impressed about my progress getting in shape over the last 4 months. She says I "shine" now and look so much younger than my actual age! I was so happy that she acknowledged my progress. I think the 35lbs lost is minor compared to the improvement in my fitness level. I celebrated by doing 1.25 miles of interval training through the neighborhood when I got home after the one hour Zumba class! Not bad for a 55yo grandmother of 8!
