So i joined the gym today first time ever got a personal trainer aswell kinda nervous but excited at the same time first appt is thursday so what am i expecting is it gunna be real tough for someone like me whos never been too a gym im good with cardio never done any other exercise another thing can u workout cardio and strength the same day or is it better one day cardio another strenghth training how long do you guys usually workout for at the gym whats your routine and how many days a week do u go lol sorry just wanted too get a general responce
