My breakfast usually involves:
1.25 cups of cheerios
.5 cup of 2% milk
Chobani Greek Yogurt
1 Stick of String cheese
2 scoops of protien powder.
Keeps my full till about 10am0 -

Sure, whatever keeps you on an even keel and as long as you can stay within your calorie goal, it doesn't matter if you eat them all in the morning or spread them out or eat them all at dinner.
Good job!
My breakfast is 420 cals. 1/2 my daily carbs, 20g fat, and 22g protein. Then I have two snacks four hours and six hours later and then dinner by 4PM. In bed by 10.0 -
I usually have three medium eggs and three pieces of turkey bacon, and two pieces of toast with crunchy peanut butter...0

Doesn't work for me. If i have a big breakfast i ruin the rest of my day. I tend to eat more later in the day no matter what, so i save mor calories for then. My breakfats are usually around 300 cals but i will have more on occasion.
This is what works for me, but if you find a bigger breakfast helps keep you on track, go for it,0 -
I eat continuously in the a.m., about 7 a.m, again at 9:30, and again at 10:30. I find I feel so much better that way (I am soooo NOT a morning person!) Usually total around 500+ calories.0

I can never eat a big breakfast, but at least I'm eating one now;) I used to just be a coffee for bfast lady...ha ha
Now I do either oatmeal, greek yogurt w/fruit, whole wheat pancakes or whole wheat waffle w/fruit....plus either turkey sausage, turkey bacion or bacon. Keep it simple.0 -
Breakfast is by far my biggest meal of the day, anything between 500-700 calories!0

sounds fine to me. good on you for making breakfast a priority!0

Ash...breakfast is the most important meal for that reason! it will keep you full longer throughout the day and jump starts your metabolism. so yes, you should eat more earlier in the day so you're not starving later in the night and then eat everything before bed where it doesn't digest properly0

Personally, I can't eat a big breakfast. If I eat it before 9, I am usually content with 300-400 calories. They always say eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper, so if it works for you, keep it up.0

I have breakfast at 5am and am not a morning person so oatmeal is about all I can handle. Sometimes it is a piece of whole grainbread with a spoon of peanut butter and a piece of fruit if I am feeling more awake then usual. I try to keep it around 150-250 calories. I don't eat lunch until 1:45 so that is my biggest meal usually around 600-800 calories. Dinner is late at 7pm and bed is 9pm so my last meal is very light, a salad and a small piece of chicken or lean meat, around 300-400 calories. All that said do what works for you as long as you stay in your calorie allowance.0
