Hey!
Anybody doing Insanity feel free to add me! I was wondering how you guys cite this in your exercise logs? Also anyone who has success stories or before and after photos from Insanity that would be great!
I was also considering doing the 30 day shred, for a two a days type thing. Any thoughts?

If you are doing insanity there is no need to also do 30 DS, IMO. I am on my second round of insanity and love it. Make sure you eat enough or you'll drain out of energy very quickly. I wish I had better before/afters, but I didn't really take any. Good luck, it's a great program!
Oh: edited to add, I use a HRM to calculate calorie burn as it varies widely from person to person. Invest in one and you won't regret it! And yes, I eat back my exercise calories.0
