Hi all, i am new and trying to do my daily log for exercise but i cant find anything close to the robotics machines in the lists for exercies and i cant find info on net so i can add myself. Has anyone else ran into this problem, and did you find a solution? Thanks for any help at all.

The best way to track calories is by using a Heart Rate Monitor that tracks how many calories you burn during an activity. With an HRM you can manually add this in MFP's cardio exercise section, but you can label this whatever exercise you do, even if its strength training.0

this is tricky:grumble: ....I think I would count it as the same calories burned in pilates. Reasoning being that if you go to a pilates studio they use machines there or if you use like the total gym or something...I've done the machines at tan and tone and I never felt like my heart rate got up enough to count it as cardio, but I did see results...maybe you should count it as strength training??:ohwell:0
