Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone knows of any low impact arm exercises. I would like to work on my arms, but due to long term shoulder instability and a recently healed broken wrist, exercises where I have to bear weight don't really work that well for me. I've been doing some resistance based workouts, as well as some swimming, but if anyone has any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them!
