Fruits and veggies when you aren't hungry?

I'm not hungry (well that is a first). I didn't eat all my veggies/fruits for today and I have calories left. Would you eat the veggies if you aren't hungry? How important is it to eat them every day? Thanks for the advice.

I eat them. It's easier to manage eating to eat when you aren't hungry. 1) you eat slower 2) you are going to "hear/feel" the trigger your brain sends saying you're full & stop rather than binge & end up too full & possibly eaten something you shouldn't have. Make a slushie or smoothie with your fruits (easy way to get them in & tasty)0

Thank you. I ate them even though I didn't want to...0
