Any Holistic Nutritionist Out There?

I was researching and I think that becoming a holistic nutrionist. I feel very overwhelmed by the amount of info. Online schools wanting 5000+ for a certification, then others saying you have to have a bachelors degree and be pre-med. I am lost. But am also thouroughly convinced this is what I want to do. I think it will be a flexible rewarding carreer that I could handle while being a full time stay at home mom. Any one in the holistic feild with some insight?
