Not eating enough calories but a lot of sugar

According to MFP I am not even making it to 1200 a day with my usual diet, but I am exceeding the amount of sugar intake I should be eating. It seems milk is what is making my sugar intake go up so much, but I would prefer if I got a way to keep my milk in my diet, it is like the only thing I like to have for dinner. (By the way, dinner is not a big meal here in Mexico, while lunch is like our important meal of the day). The days I've been able to actually eat the amount of calories I should be eating have been with me breaking my diet a lot with things at starbucks, and even then it's still not that much of a difference.
Nuts drive me crazy and not in a good way, I just feel nausea when I eat more than 30 grams of them... the same feeling you get when you eat A LOT. I heard they were a good source of calories with little sugar and I was thinking to add them to my diet so I can pass from 900 calories a day, but it is just not working.
Also, I am not hungry anymore, and that is making me pretty worried, I don't want to fall into some kind of ED and I want to keep myself as healthy as possible.
Advice to help me with this is very welcomed

turn off the sugar monitoring if it's not something you are seeking to control.0

Look at my diary. Stay away from Starbucks- maybe once a week. Eat more consisitently and try almond milks (blue diamond or silk) which are 0 sugar. Aim for 100 grams of protein and 100 grams of carbs. and exercise 3x's a week. good luck0

Don't worry to much on the Sugar. Looking over the last week you have logged. Your kind of all over the place. Try to keep your Calories in the 1500's. 1300 if you looking to drop some weight. Not sure what your Goal is. I like the fact many of your days are low Carb. Also make sure you take in more Protein. Most days you could use an extra 50g. Getting those extra Grams of Protein will also bring up your Calories without putting junk in your system.0
