So I decided to much on a few french beans, raw. I googled online for the nutrition facts and I came across so many sites saying to not eat it raw and that it can poison you. I ate about 3-4 raw. I washed them also. Can someone please break the truth on this?! Thank you so much.

You'll be fine.
Beans, cereal grains, seeds, and nuts are high in a type of chemical called lectins that can be harmful if ingested *in large quantities.* The most common effects are allergic reaction and nutritional deficiencies.0 -
If you are worried, boil them for a minute or two, and they will still be crisp. Just don't overdo the boiling.0
