Just thought id introduce myself, ive been on here a few weeks and have been lurking on the boards, but never really posted much.
I am 25 and have 2 children, my oldest is almost 4 and my baby is just 8 weeks. Im trying to shift all my baby weight after putting on over 3 stone whilst pregnant.
The first stone and a half came off naturally, the last 2 stone im having to work hard to lose.
BUT since being on MFP in a month ive already lost 7lb and a good few inches, which im really impressed by, ive changed my diet and stopped eating as much chocolate (my weakness) and ive also been doing the 30 Day Shred, although i missed 5 days after being on holiday so im starting again on Monday.
if anyone wants to add me so we can motivate eachother then feel free

This place has been great. I stumbled upon it after looking for before and after photos of people who have done the 30 day shred, i ended up on the 'sucess stories'' board here and it really motivated me, reading through everybodies stories.0
