I need help getting started again!!!!!

Hello-

Here I am once again on this website to find my motivation to get on my weight loss journey again. In the last year, I did manage to lose 30 lbs but have hit a snag in the road and I am ready to start again. I need the support to help me get through the hurdle of just starting. My problem is that I am a single mother who has such a busy schedule I find it hard to eat dinner before 8 o'clock at night or later. My son has practice for whatever sport it maybe, they change with the seasons, that it does not allow us to eat dinner until late. I am also not a very seasoned cook and find I reach for very easy meals. I would like to start working with the crock pot more but afraid I will fall back into my old habits and not healthy foods. I know I am not the only mom out there facing these issues. Anyone who has suggestions on how they manage their days and keep their lifes healthy would be greatly appreciated. I want to start meal planning as well. So if you do that as well, you are officially my hero. Please add me so we can compare notes on how you make your lifestyle work :)
