and dug out my shoes, created a playlist, dressed in my best running outfit... and went outside to find it raining... so I ....
went anyway and for the first time ever- walked/ran/walked/ran my way around the track 4 times... or 1 mile. Not a bad start??

Way to go and you went not matter what the weather was like! you go girl. Today I went for a jog and made it around this lake. As I was running this other girl said you can do it! Made me make it the whole way. Keep it up!0

I am a bit of a CP too- I decided to sign up for a 5K- and planned to use the Couch to 5K program, -see Cool Runnings.com, but the best part is- free podcasts from Itunes- go to podcasts and type running. All kinds of podcasts (which to me- equals free music)- I am to start week 5 tomorrow on the podcast by Robert Ulerys. I'm learning how to run and I like it! Good luck to you!0 -
