Weight Watchers Scale and % Body Fat?

A couple of months ago I bought a Weight Watchers scale. I don't recall exactly what model it was or anything (and the box is long gone), but I noticed after I bought it that it tells % Body Fat. Anybody know how accurate that is? Is it accurate enough to be worth tracking?

I honestly dont think that it would be that accurate if you are just standing on it. To get an accurate reading of your Body fat % than I would go to a specialist and get a skinfold test to see where you really are. A personal trainer or nutritionist should be able to help0
