OK....soo....a coworker wants me to run a 10k with him in October...which I said I'd do (because I'm insane) so...if I'm going to be focusing more on running and cardio now...should I change my macros to more carbs? or doesn't it really matter?

Right now I'm at 30% carbs, and 30%fat and 40% protein.
