To All You Toned Tummys Out There

Hi All,

I started this journey over a month ago and am trying still to get the hang of things. I just started working out again over the last few weeks due to being diagnosed with arthritis in my knees. The exercises have helped out a lot!

I see so many people who started at my weight or more and have lost a ton...they look fabulous! The most shocking thing to me is how toned and buff their tummys are. I look at mine and don't ever see myself looking like that.


So my question is.......how do you all ladies out there tone your rockin tummys?
