Got My Mojo Back

Hi All,
I've had the hardest time getting the stubborn 'Last 5 pounds' off for years, and then recently, that turned into needing to lose 10! Somehow 5 to 10 pounds are easy to rationalize: 'I'm not that fat', but seeing pictures of myself from a recent outing made me realize I'm kidding no one but myself about needing to do this. Now I've been using the food and exercise logs here for a week or so now and really like the tools so far.
The best feature to me has been that the food database already has the majority of the foods that I eat; I haven't had to add any. The 'Strength Training' exercise database is lacking IMO, plus it doesn't seem to count the calories burned during strength training, so that's a little weird. But I've really enjoyed the rest of the website.
I've actually managed to lose a couple pounds already and I really feel back on track. I love how a new thing can boost motivation and commitment! It was the change I needed to get headed in the right direction.
