Eat, exercise, eat?

I haven't jogged this early in the day before today. I ate an apple with natural pb to fuel my run (basically my breakfast). I will go jog in a few minutes. So, what should I eat after my run? I usually do skim chocolate milk as a recovery drink and treat, but I probably should actually eat something too, right? It'll be at least 2-3 hours before lunch when I get back. Thanks!
