Finding my voice

Hi everyone. I just wanted to finally take the time to say hi. I have been working out with a personal trainer for 1 month and am loving it. A couple of weeks ago, I also started a high nutrition, whole foods plant based diet. I was wondering if anyone else out there is on a similar plan? I am down 7.7 pounds from when I started 10 days ago and I feel amazing. I am getting my blood work done next week to see how the food I am eating is affecting my health.
