anti-depressants, under-active thyroid, HELP

Okay ....my friend wants me to ask a question because she needs help with weight loss....

she is currently on Effexor and Serequel for depression and bi-polar disorder...
she is also on Eltroxin for an under-active thyroid.....the poor girl has it very bad :sad:

Anyway, she has put on a bit of weight , and she has been finding it hard losing it even thought she is eating healthily and exercising a lot.......any tips? :huh:

Hello Heather,
try the groups above, there are some very knowledgeable people there.

In my experience T4 (Eltroxin) will not help her depression.
