OK - total newbie here. Just starting out and I want a good exercise program (one that can be done in home so I don't have to worry about child care).
I've heard great things about all of these ... but I'm not very "in shape" and don't want to over do it and hurt myself.
I've heard so much about P90x, Insanity, Jillian Michaels DVDs I just don't know where to start!! I've done some C25K and JM in the past, but not long enough to see results.
I'm just in the very beginning - started 6/1 with trying to drink more water and make healthier food choices.
What do you think would be best for someone just starting out??? Once I start exercising it's like a drug for me! I love the way it makes me feel, and I want to do it all the time! Not to mention all the extra energy I end up with!!!
So all of you BTDT peeps ... what do you suggest???

I've really gotten into the Beachbody programs. I own P90X, Insanity, and Turbo Fire. I attempted both P90X and Insainty twice early on, but failed. I switched to Turbo Fire and not only completed the program, but lost 15 lbs and had a ton of fun. I'm now on to P90X and will complete this program in 3 weeks. I will start Insinity shortly thereafter. I think I could have stuck with X or Insanity, but I wussed out and quite early. It sounds like once you get going, you don't have any trouble staying motivated. You will get results with either P90X or Insanity as long as you follow the fitness routine and eat reasonable to very well. I would highly recommend you follow the diet plans if you want max results.

Thanks for the info!! I was afraid that the level of difficulty would be too much for me. I did JM 30DS yesterday and had to take a few breaks even though you weren't supposed to. I didn't want to over do it my first day. Once I dog et going though, it's easy to stick to it! I'll have to look into Turbo Fire - I don't know much about that one!0
