Hunger pains?

Beginning of the year I started this nutrition/exercise journey. As soon as I actually started to see results, I realized that the rumbling tummy I used to associate with hunger had been replaced with actual pain in the stomach. Like a sharp discomfort that makes me squirm about to try to get it to go away. Has anyone else experienced changes like this?

You should go to your doctor. Some people develop gallbladder issues when losing weight. They can check for that. If it is an actual physical pain and not just rumbling then there is likely a medical reason and not just wanting food.0
