Introducing myself, new to my fitness pal

Hi Everyone, I am new here, although I am not new to losing weight. I began my lifestyle change over a year ago. I weighed 419 lbs. I may have weighed more I don't know. I had no way to weigh myself except my doctors office, and that was the highest weight she had documented for me. I am now at 229 lbs. and my goal is 185 lbs. the weight isn't falling off as fast as it use to, so I searched for sights that may help, and I came across this one...Thanks for reading & any ideas on how to get over this plateau please let me know......Beth
