Did not get a workout in last night but stayed pretty close to my cals.
I have got to get my butt back on track

    I did my hour strength training class. Not sure what I'll do today - maybe a jog....

    Was too low on calories yesterday - I just got confused thinking I had more than I did. Oh well I guess it's better than being over - right!

    Smadag - how's the biscuit avoidance going?

    4 weeks no biscuit, I still have the occasional Pepsi but not everyday like I use to

    Way to go!!! See one habit down...on to the next one! I don't think the once in a while Pepsi will hurt - it's when we over indulge that it's so bad.

    I think the next habbit I need to work on is getting back into the workout habbit:drinker:
    I need to kick my butt back into gear I am so tired of not seeing the scale move
