Did not get a workout in last night but stayed pretty close to my cals.

I did my hour strength training class. Not sure what I'll do today - maybe a jog....
Was too low on calories yesterday - I just got confused thinking I had more than I did. Oh well I guess it's better than being over - right!

Way to go!!! See one habit down...on to the next one! I don't think the once in a while Pepsi will hurt - it's when we over indulge that it's so bad.0 -
I think the next habbit I need to work on is getting back into the workout habbit:drinker:
