Here is what my last three "runs" looked like. I'm trying to get to just jogging. I have been trying to do this 2-3x/week for the last month or so. Should I go ahead and increase my jogging by another 2 minutes when I jog again this week (probably Thursday)?

7/29 (Wed): 18 min jogging/22 min walking
7/31 (Fri): 22 min jogging/18 min walking
8/4 (Tues): 24 min jogging/16 min walking

(I took 2 rest days between Friday and Tuesday. I also did some strength training in there.)

i have a hard time maintaining a jog, so i like to use the interval training, i walk for 3 min at a 4.0 pace then job for 3 at a 5.0 pace, back and forth, it keeps the heart rate up.

I've always heard/read sprints where they way to go for weight lose etc.....
I usually hit the treadmill 4-5x a week for 45minutes
I walk at 4.0 and run for 2 minutes at 7.0, repeat, repeat etc
I'm up to burning about 600 cals in a 45minute period....

    Good luck!
