Hello!

I'm glad this website exists & for free!! My name is Tina, I have an 8 month old son and work full time, making it extremely hard to find time for exercise... my gym doesn't have daycare, so it's not exactly conveinent. I need to desperately shed this excess baby weight (not to mention the excess marrige weight I've accumulated over the past 4 1/2 years!) My goal is 30 pounds to start, then maybe another 10 if I get there. Does anyone reccomend a good quick workout? I've heard good things about "10 minute trainer?" ...
