Is anyone carb cycling? For some of you who may not know what it is, basically, you have a high carb diet one day and a low carb diet the next. I started this week and was just wondering who all else might be doing it as well.

I do this but not in the same way. I will go 30-60 days low carb (veggies, some fruit, lean protein, no sugar, no alcohol, no starches, no grains) and then take a 3-4 day high carb if around 30 days and 6-8 days if 60 days. This causes me to actually lose weight when I get back (usually do this on a trip). The key is to be 100% perfect on your diet on the low carb days and not to 'pig out' on the high carb days.0
