Mothers little helper!

On January 1st 2010 I weighed 307! I lost 80lbs by a lifestyle changed that included going 85% raw fruits and vegetables, walking 4 miles a day, and supplementing with mass amino acids, liquid oxygen, and mega doses of vitamins. Then I hit the wall and I refuse to give up my gallon a week of Vitamin V (vodka) as I believe it is an essential nutrient. Enter mothers little helper...adopinectin! This funky little hormone discovered in 2007 regulates blood glucose levels and decides if fat get metabolized or stored. The more belly fat you have the less adopinectin gets released and then more fat gets stored than burned! Just science.

it's a great hormone, but it hasn't been evaluated for human use. Meaning no one knows what taking appreciable amounts of it will do to you.
I will say , a gallon of vodka a week predisposes you to some pretty serious heart, liver, stomach, esophageal, and pancreatic risks, though! I bet you could cut back little by little0 -
Oh really? realdose.com They did double blind test on humans, years ago!
I take 13 nutraceuticals everyday and would stack my liver up against most, especially drug users. Nancy was wrong in the 80's she should have been talking to the 180 million Americans abusing prescription drugs! "I come in peace"0 -
wow! sounds like your body can handle it, then. cheers to ya0
