I'm just kind of curious to see everyone's different styles-- plus i thought this could be a great "toot your own horn!" kinda thread if you have a routine you are particularly proud of! 
Do you do a full body routine everyday? Do you have rest days? Upper Body/Lower Body days? Mix cardio and strength training, or keep those separate?
