recommendations for a good lifting program

I am trying to find a good lifting program that will work for me...here are the parameters:
- Want to lift for weight loss in conjunction with cardio
- No DVD...I will be in a gym and don't want to lift in front of the TV
- Can't be heavily based on squats or lunges -- I have bad knees and can't do those

Any suggestions/recommendations would be welcome!
