Has anyone tried this? What kind of results have you seen? I have about 7 pounds left to lose (potentially more - going to see how I feel and use that as the gauge) and I am looking for more ways to tone and kick up my workouts. Has anyone seen a benefit from this workout? I am generally in shape and athletic but carry a lot of my weight in the hip/thigh/stomach region as most women do and I am hoping to tone that up. I hate doing ab workouts but know that it will help. Feedback on this video or other similar video options would be appreciated :)

Ab workouts will help but really it all comes down to burning the fat. People who have never done an ab workout in their life could have 6-pack abs if they lower their body fat enough. Meanwhile I've been doing 5 years of ab exercises and nothing :) It comes down MOSTLY to diet. But there is no exercise that will make your abs push out past your belly fat

I am in the exact same situation as you. I have less than 5lbs to go to get to my goal with the excess weight being right around my belly button. I have already purchased 6W6P and am starting it on Sunday. Would love to know what kind of results others have had with this one also.
A huge congrats on your progress so far. Keep up the great work

I did it and love it, I still take it out for a workout occasionally if i can't get to the gym. got great obliques from it and general core strength and its a good cardio workout so it certainly helped burn some fat. Definitely recommend it.

Thanks for the comments. I know cardio is super important but I was thinking of doing this on days that I run - sometimes I only run 3 or 4 miles and would like to supplement that workout with something else. This might be perfect!
