30 Day Shred/Clicky Hip

                    Right folks, I'm on day 8 of 30 Day Shred and loving it. I've noticed the last 3 days when I'm doing bicycle crunches at the end something's clicking in my pelvis but only on my left leg each time I extend it. It's not sore but it's a bit off putting. Any ideas what it  could be? It definitely hasn't always done this!

            I get the same thing in my left leg when I do one of the ab exercises in level 2. When I extend one leg out and crunch it clicks twice on the up and down. I was going to check when I saw my chiro this week, but like you, it's not painful, just off-putting.0

            I see...would you mind letting me know what your chiro says? No one else seems to have any thoughts 0 0

            It may just be a knot in the muscle near the joint. I have a clicky thing in my shoulder, not painful. My massage therapist has been able to work it out before, but it comes back after a while. Keep an eye on it and on the leg/hip's range of motion.0

            i have had this happen try adjusting your angle a little this helps me0
