What is your fave dish and your fave cuisine?
So, tell me, what's your favourite dish and your favourite cuisine?
I love East Asian cuisine very much, be it Chinese, Korean, Japanse, Thai, Vietnamese. I just love their style and the ingredients they use.
My personal favourites are simple: Japanese seaweed soup, Chinese eggdrop soup or Pho. And pretty much anything involving seafood.
