Have you given any thought as to how you will manage to keep on top of things when you have reached your goal? The reason i ask is this, some people are so wrapped up in getting to their goal (which is fine of course) that they rarely think about what they will do once they reach it. I see some people scared to death to raise their calories by a few hundred, in order to correct a deficit. I often wonder how they will cope with maintenance when the time comes. Then on the other hand you have those who struggle not to go over their deficit, some even find it hard not to go over their maintenance . What im getting at is, do you think you will find being at maintenance equally, or more challenging than the diet/lifestyle its self? Have you given it any thought?

I am currently working on a 1/2lb-1lb per week loss. That puts me at roughly my tdee for my goal weight-ish. In theory, "maintenance" for me will be exactly what I am doing now. So, I don't really anticipate any challenges in "maintenance" beyond those I have now. I may be singing a very different song at a later date...
