    I like to take it slow at first... build to a steady sweat... then hard and fast... harder and faster... hips and tri's burning... then slow it down... calmer... steadier... just to build right back up... sweat trickling down your back until I can barely hold myself up any longer...

    Isn't interval training fun? :wink:
