I am starting it today. I used to be a runner but have not ran since high school. I am excited to get back out there and feel that this will help me.

I'm in. I completed week 1 last week. I plan to start w2 tomorrow. I finished c25k last year but I was never up to running the whole thing. This time will be different.

    Lets get it in!

I am on week 2 day 3 which I will do tomorrow or Friday depending on weather. I started on the road but am now doing this and power walking at the high school track which is easier on my knees. Plan to go back to the road sometime in week 3 or 4.....

W2d1 finished. I didn't get to run last week I started w2 today. I did the treadmill today, but my plan is to do some outside runs this week too. I like the treadmill b/c it allows me to focus on speed. While I'm still doing the short intervals, I really want to push myself to go faster (5.5 - 6.0).

A few months ago I was doing interval training and it really helped when I tried longer runs. So I thought I would take this same approach with c25k. My goal is to complete a 5k at 10 min/mile. Thats not too far fetched. I will be happy at 12min/mile at the end of the program and can work on speed from there.

    Happy running!
