Work out in the Florida keys

Any of you like me? Work out to eat and drink more? Seriously, 1200 cal a day is a joke. That's a six pack and 2 pieces of pizza. No wonder I have gained weight.

I have recently joined MFP and decided it was finally time to get serious. I am looking for local friends to work out with. I love to bike, swim, and jog if I have to. I have actually started training for a 10K in Nov. 2012. I am using the Jeff Galoway run-walk method. I jog 3x a week and would love some inspiration. I'm starting from the beginning and I am slow.

I have also been driving my bike up the keys to find new paths to ride on. Anyone know of any beautiful places I have to check out?

    The Keys? Diving uses a huge amount of calories.
